- Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Signing up for an NDM membership will require proof of valid ID of primary member.
- Senior memberships can only be purchased in-person. Senior Card must be sighted by issuing staff member.
- When entering NDM, members must provide valid membership card/primary member name at front counter to obtain benefits.
- Members who are ages 4-16 must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of their visit.
- Member benefits apply ONLY to those listed on membership card/cards.
- All NDM memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Reproduction of NDM membership card in any form is strictly prohibited.

- NDM may terminate a membership if a member breaches NDM’s conditions of entry.
- Members are responsible for ensuring all member details are true and up to date.
